Michael Page is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead the night shift cleaning operations within a large industrial site. You will oversee planning, coaching, and execution to meet production schedules while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the site cleaning planning system to ensure the achievement of operational standards and safety standards are consistently achieved.
• Monday - Thursday 9.30 - 6.30 / Friday 9.30 - 3.30
• Ensure cleaning schedules align with production requirements and minimise downtime
• Define clear expectations and standards for night shift cleaning activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with other roles and tasks when required to support operational needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Night Shift Cleaning Team to optimise task effectiveness and performance.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
• Lead by example through high standards of communication, behaviour, safety awareness, and work quality.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and roles while leading the team to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Challenge unsafe or inefficient practices constructively.
• Assist and lead general labouring duties on site when required, including 5S, housekeeping, and site cleanliness.
