Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Specialist & Industrial Cleaning Operative to operate nationally, with predominantly night shifts and occasional day work. The role involves reacting to cleaning call-outs and working away as needed at client sites.

Responsibilities include carpet cleaning, jet washing, high level cleaning, operating machinery, and following site checklists to meet client expectations. Training is provided where needed, with clear expectations on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Full driving license required.
• Experience in industrial cleaning preferred but not essential.
• PASMA/IPAF certification preferred but full training provided.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Work nationally, attending reactive cleaning call outs.
• Ensure all works are completed within target times.
• Carpet cleaning, jet washing, high level cleaning.
• Operate machinery.
• Follow site checklists to meet client expectations.
