Job summary

RE Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver for a multi-drop delivery role in Cheltenham. You will deliver fresh dairy products to retail customers in a temperature-controlled environment, with training provided for new drivers.

The role requires a full UK Category C licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and a safety-conscious, customer-focused approach. Night shifts, overtime, and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Safety-conscious approach to driving.
• Good communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
• New pass drivers welcome – training available.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 HGV in multi-drop deliveries.
• Load and unload goods, with manual handling where required.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Maintain product quality, stock rotation and delivery accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the business professionally.
• Support colleagues with holiday and absence cover.
