Job summary

DFDS is seeking a motivated Class 1 HGV Driver for part-time night shifts (Friday and Sunday nights with more nights possible) across the UK. You will transport refrigerated goods, monitor temperatures, and keep delivery logs, while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Strong communication with staff and customers is essential to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels. The role requires a valid Class 1 licence, DIGI card, and CPC; experience with temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• Has a full Class 1 driving licence.
• Valid DIGI card and CPC card.
• Understanding of temperature control systems for perishable goods is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in a nightly schedule.
• Monitor and maintain temperature controls during transit.
