Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Night Shift Support Worker to join Trinity Lodge in Lockerbie. You will work 42 hours a week on night shifts, delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced PVG check. The role includes flexible hours, coaching, supervision, and employee discounts as part of a supportive benefits package.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
