Job summary

CYGNET in Lockerbie is seeking a confident Night Shift Support Worker to deliver outstanding care at Trinity Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work 42 hours per week on night shifts, providing physical and emotional support and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

You will learn each individual's needs, assist with medical and welfare tasks as required, and document updates for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult care or similar setting.
• Comfortable working night shifts and night routines.
• Good communication and teamwork in care environments.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
