Job summary

Northcare (Scotland) Ltd is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to join the team at 3 Bridges Care Home in Cathcart. You will provide high-quality personal care, support residents with daily activities, meals, hydration and mobility, and contribute to residents’ wellbeing.

The role offers full-time night shifts on a permanent basis with rotas across a 14-day period. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Support residents with meals and hydration.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily activities and social engagement.
• Work closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns.
