HC-One is recruiting a Care Assistant for a full-time night position (38.5 hours per week). You will support residents with their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities to ensure dignity and comfort.

Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate care, recognise individual needs, and contribute to a safe and welcoming home environment. We value kindness, inclusivity and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, emotional and social support to residents.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support daily activities in the home under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
