Job summary

HC-One is seeking dedicated Care Assistants for night shifts across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in the UK. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, ensuring dignity and individuality are preserved.

You will contribute to safeguarding and report concerns as required. Roles are 22 hours and 33 hours per week, with emphasis on compassionate end-of-life care and wellbeing at all times.

Qualifications

• Care experience not required but preferred for working with residents.
• Comfortable with night shifts and enabling 22h or 33h contracts.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and meals.
• Assist with daily activities, mobility, hygiene and dressing as directed by the Nurse.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and respect residents' dignity and choices.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure consistent high-quality care.
