Job summary

Meallmore Ltd is seeking a Nightshift Care Assistant in Crimond House, Fraserburgh, Scotland. You will help residents with daily living, provide companionship and ensure high-quality care, with shifts of 24–36 hours per week and a salary of £13.45–£13.50 per hour depending on experience.

There are competitive benefits and overtime rates; full time wage structure with 3–4 days off per week is noted, and offers are subject to references and PVG checks.

Qualifications

• SVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Naturally caring and kind by nature.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing and meals.
• Promote independence and well-being of residents.
• Monitor health conditions and liaise with relatives and colleagues.
• Support residents in physical and social activities to enrich their daily life.
