Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
Perform end-of-day auditing and reporting tasks.
Process guest check-ins/outs and handle payments accurately.
Answer calls, manage wake-up requests, and handle guest inquiries.
Maintain lobby security, guest records, and manage lost property.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all systems and procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Previous front office or night audit experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
Flexible and committed to delivering great service overnight.
Experience is an asset
Fluency in English
