Absolute Health and Care are currently on the lookout for a Senior Team Leader to work in Crewe for one of our clients who has a long history of residential and dementia care with over 24years of providing quality care and an outstanding reputation. The facilities are modern and well designed with single and double en-suite rooms overlooking attractively planted gardens and patio areas.

We are looking for a Senior Team Leader that is dynamic and result-orientated who can build strong relationships with staff and management to lead and drive growth alongside the changing policies and procedures of CQC.

The expectation is for the Senior Team Leader to lead the night team of carers in cohesion with the day staff. Through regular appraisals, hands-on training and audits the Team Leader will work alongside the Home Manger ensuring the continuity of exceptional quality of care through demonstrating the need to be a ‘hands-on team player’. Consulting with other professional is a must, ensuring all policies and procedures are upheld.
