Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer for a care home in Lancashire. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews.

We require NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will work in a warm, dignified environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.
