Barchester is seeking a Night Senior Carer in Lancaster to lead a team of Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager in delivering person-centred care.

You will work with the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, ensuring dignity and a warm, welcoming environment for residents. NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, with a commitment to ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications
