Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Night Senior Carer to support residents with quality, person-centred care in a friendly care home. You’ll supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and contribute to clinical tasks in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.

We value warm-hearted, compassionate staff with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and a commitment to developing through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
