Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant Nights to lead and supervise shifts, case-manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of effective care plans.

You will administer and record prescribed medications, carry out risk assessments and work alongside other care assistants to keep residents active, independent and safe, while supporting service development with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
• Be well-organised and IT literate.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience or willingness to train on administering medication.
