Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
• Be well-organised and IT literate.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• A good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience in administering medication or willingness to train in it.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising your shift.
• Case managing residents and liaising with families and professionals to ensure care plans.
• Administering and recording medication.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Working with care assistants to support residents to stay active and independent.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services.
