Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer at one of our care homes to lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering warm, person-centred care.

You will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews, always upholding residents' dignity and preferences in a welcoming, vibrant environment. A strong commitment to compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to individualised care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
