Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support through the night. You will safeguard wellbeing, maintain dignity, and promote independence while keeping detailed records and working closely with the day team.

You will lead night staff, monitor residents, respond to emergencies, and follow care plans to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a busy home environment.

• Maintain accurate care records, medication charts and daily reports.
• Ensure infection control, health and safety procedures are followed.
• Promote residents’ dignity, privacy, independence and choice.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide a clear handover to day staff.
