Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to support residents overnight, ensuring safety, comfort and wellbeing. You will work with the night team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care reviews and clear handovers.

In this role, you will supervise staff, administer medications as prescribed, follow care plans and respond to emergencies with calm professionalism, always upholding residents' dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility) at night.
