Job summary

Savills Company is seeking a Security Officer to help protect visitors and staff on site, monitor CCTV (by licensed staff) and assist with emergencies. You will patrol, respond to enquiries, and ensure contractor compliance while maintaining a safe site for the public.

Role requires SIA DS Licence and Public Space Surveillance Licence, strong English communication, and flexibility for weekend/night shifts on a roster. On-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services and CCTV monitoring in busy environments.
• Must hold a valid SIA DS Licence and Public Space Surveillance Licence (CCTV).
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work on own initiative and handle demanding situations.
• Honest, reliable, and willing to under go on-site emergency training.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work hours and shifts as per contract conditions.
• Undertake regular site patrols and CCTV monitoring.
• Follow instructions from Security Area Manager and site procedures.
• Comply with Health & Safety policy and site rules.
• Record all incidents in the DoB and escalate as needed.
• Ensure contractors on-site adhere to site H&S policies.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for the public.
• Assist with public enquiries when required.
• Abide by company rules and terms.
• Hold and maintain required licences (SIA DS, CCTV).
