Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• CCTV SIA Licence (or willingness to obtain where required).
• SC Clearance desirable.

In this role, you will help protect our customer's people, property, and assets while delivering an exceptional standard of service in line with site Assignment Instructions and company procedures.
You will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, building positive relationships with colleagues and customers, and contributing to the overall success of the contract. Main DutiesOperations

• -Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• -Carry out all assigned duties in accordance with site Assignment Instructions.
• -Regularly review Assignment Instructions and contribute ideas that may enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• -Maintain all required licences and certifications, including SIA licensing and any contract‑specific training requirements.
• -Follow all health, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• -Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment when carrying out duties.
