Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Attleborough, United Kingdom, is hiring for a production role on the 18:00–06:00 shift. You will prepare and batch sauce ingredients, with full training provided and CCP/food safety procedures followed.

On the production line you’ll spot issues, perform inspections, and set up equipment to maintain safety and hygiene. Training and PPE are provided, with on-site perks available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written, numerical, and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Ownership and initiative with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life.
• Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
