have an exciting opportunity for a Night Room Service Waiter to join our highly
successful team at Haymarket Hotel. As a Night Room Service Waiter, you will
play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' stay by providing exceptional
service throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests by taking and delivering orders promptly and
  accurately.
• Make personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional
  manner.
• Attend to any additional guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to
  ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously, showcasing excellent
  organisational skills.

What you Need:

• A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort working alone during the night or as part of a small team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a varied role where no two nights
  are the same.
• A desire to gain more experience within a front office environment.
