Job summary

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is recruiting a Spar Night Customer Team Member to cover the 10pm–2am shift on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The role focuses on delivering friendly, high-standard service to customers while supporting store management in driving sales and profitability.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will help maintain SPARkling Service, follow security procedures and health and food safety rules, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated, friendly and hands-on; enjoys working in retail.
• Delivers customer service in line with SPARkling standards.
• Contributes ideas to drive the business and the team forward.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards.

• Follow processes to ensure security of people, stock and cash.
• Report customer complaints to the manager on duty.
