Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is hiring a Supermarket Assistant in Droitwich Spa to help deliver our Partner-led service and food passion on every visit. You will stock shelves, fulfil online orders, reduce waste and support the shop team, including checkout and Click & Collect tasks.

We value clear communication, a friendly approach with customers and colleagues, and flexibility to cover varying shifts. Training will be provided to help you thrive in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
• Support wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with shopkeeping tasks.
