About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail - including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your Section Leaders and colleagues to deliver high standards across your section, maximizing availability and driving sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards and coach your team accordingly. You'll ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, and that back-of-house areas operate safely and efficiently. You may need to multitask and work across various store areas. If you're seeking development in retail, this could be the right role for you.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. Sometimes, you may be solely responsible for the store, requiring confident overall operational oversight.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Being friendly, proactive, and team-oriented is essential. You should have an enthusiastic approach, with strong coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills. Leading by example, you'll ensure customers enjoy a great shopping experience.
