Job summary

Ashlea Court Care Home is seeking Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our clinical team. You will deliver high quality, clinically led care across shifts, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health while supporting a compassionate, person-centred approach.

You will lead shifts, guide the care team, maintain documentation and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing. PVG and NMC requirements apply, with progression opportunities within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN is required.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, but all nurses keen to develop are welcome.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgement and ability to lead shifts and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care across shifts in a patient-centred manner.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts, guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents.
