Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is seeking Night Recycling Operatives for our client based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton WV10. The role involves sorting recyclable materials and operating sorting machinery in a safe, compliant manner.

You will inspect incoming waste, remove contaminants, and monitor processes to minimize environmental impact while meeting daily targets. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential, and your own transport or local residence is preferred due to location.

Competenze

• Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
• Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
• Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
