ibis London Blackfriars is a beautifully designed contemporary and exciting hotel located in a vibrant area of London, close to the City and London's famous Southbank. It is within walking distance of Waterloo Station and landmarks such as the London Eye, Tate Modern, and St Paul's Cathedral.

As our Night Receptionist, you…

• Are the ‘face of ibis London Blackfriars’, welcoming guests warmly during the night and prioritizing their well-being.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and coordinate with different departments to ensure a great guest experience.
• Are autonomous and passionate about improving the hotel's services.
• Undertake night audits and safety checks to ensure guest safety and hotel security.
• Are confident in guest relations, including recognizing and attending to guests with special needs.

Qualifications

Additional information:

• Training in front of house functions and safety procedures will be provided.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A one-night stay will be arranged to help you understand the guest experience.
