Nights Receptionist

About The Nights Receptionist Role

As Nights Receptionist you are accountable for delivering a superior reception experience for our guests. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
• Checking in/out of guests and complete night audit procedures as required
• Assisting guests with any queries they may have during their stay
• Ensure you assist and remain compliant with all elements of Fire Life Safety
• Attend all training courses as required
• Have a great knowledge of World of Hyatt membership benefits and statuses
• To register guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest’s comfort and Hyatt standards (see task list).
• To register updated guest information into the system immediately and accurately.
• To file all Registration Cards and back up from other outlets in the filing tray before leaving your shift.
• To charge all Virtual card payments during the night for next day arrival
• To insert wake up calls that are requested by guests and follow them up
• To answer the phone in a professional matter and up to the Hyatt standards
• To maintain an accurate filling system
• To register guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest’s comfort and Hyatt standards (see task list).
• To register updated guest information into the system immediately and accurately.
• To file all Registration Cards and back up from other outlets in the filing tray before leaving your shift
• To print out breakfast reports for the F&B team
  
  

About You

Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about customer service and motivated to change and grow.
