Travelodge Glasgow Govan is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help maintain a tidy, safe environment during night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and check them in during night shifts.
• Walk the corridors to monitor guest comfort and address issues.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfasts, and bar service when needed.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
