Travelodge Worcester is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help maintain a friendly, family-feel team. The role offers flexible working to suit everyone and opportunities to grow through Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities include setting up the hotel for the next day, preparing housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service. No experience is required; training will be provided.

• Welcoming guests and checking them in is a core duty.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel operations.
• Ability to work as part of a friendly, supportive team.

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions when necessary.
• Set up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.
