Job summary

Travelodge Watford is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with night shifts and includes responsibilities such as welcoming guests, checking them in, and maintaining the hotel overnight.

Training is provided, and there are opportunities for seasonally enhanced duties. The position offers hourly pay and a supportive, team-oriented environment with potential for development within Travelodge.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk corridors to monitor noise, safety and cleanliness.
• Set up rooms and prepare housekeeping trolleys for next day; assist with breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar when needed.
