Job summary

Major Recruitment presents a Production Operative opportunity in Baildon, Bradford. You will assemble agricultural components, read detailed drawings, and operate machinery with power tools. This 37-hour week includes paid breaks and progression opportunities. Training is provided, with onsite canteen, free uniform, and parking.

Facing a physical, hands-on role, you will work within a team and also independently to ensure quality and timely output. Prior production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing (preferred).
• Confident using power tools and machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
