Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting Night Production Operatives for the Hitchin area. Training is provided with chances to secure a permanent contract after a successful trial period. You will join a team with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience in a growing operation.

Working Sundays to Thursdays, 22:00–06:15, with pay of £13.50 per hour, rising to £15.93 after 12 weeks. Benefits include leave, weekly pay, online payslips, pension, and consultant support.

• Measuring quantities of raw materials for batch production
• Setting up and running machines to produce customer orders
• Notifying engineers of faults to minimise production downtime
• Maintaining a clean workstation in line with company guidelines

Job description

Our client based in the heart of the Hitchin industrial estate is currently recruiting for Night Production Operatives to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the production operative role from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.

Night Production Operative - Working Hours

• Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:15

Nights Production Operative - Pay Rates

• £13.50 Sunday to Thursday increasing to £15.93 per hour after 12 weeks continuous
