Brightstar Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Night Porter in Salisbury to welcome guests, ensure safety, and support overnight operations. You will manage late check-ins, assist with guest requests, and maintain the presentation of the hotel during night hours.

The role focuses on reliable, calm service and adherence to health, safety, and brand standards while collaborating with daytime staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Reliable, calm, and professional working style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• High attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures.
• Capable of handling guest issues with empathy and initiative.
• Able to handle cash and card payments securely when required.
• Previous night shift or hospitality experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with check-in/check-out systems and hotel procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving or departing overnight with professionalism and care.
• Handle guest requests, bookings, or queries during the night shift.
• Communicate clearly with day staff to hand over relevant information.
• Provide assistance with luggage, room access, or guest needs.
• Support lone working procedures and escalation when necessary.
• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in an overnight role.
