Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security throughout the night.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain high standards.
• Prepare areas for the next day’s service and assist with early breakfast set-up.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
