Role: Night Porter

Schedule: 4 on / 4 off - Free Staff Parking

Location:

The Night Porter plays a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on position involves managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards.

While guests sleep, the Night team ensures smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests warmly, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the following day.

You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. Organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift patterns. Peak times are evenings and weekends, but shift details can be discussed at interview.
