A community-focused hotel is seeking a Night Porter to ensure guest safety and provide exceptional service during the night. Responsibilities include safeguarding the hotel, responding to guest issues, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be adaptable under pressure, and work well both independently and in a team. This position offers collaborative opportunities and contributes to a vibrant visitor experience in the local area.
As a member of the hotel operations team, you will work to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests and provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to guests in absence of Duty Managers and staff during the night. You will be passionate about providing exceptional guest experience and living through the Hotels standards. The role supports the management team alongside all other departments to ensure the smooth overnight running of the Hotel. Shifts will cover Monday-Sunday, various night shifts (11pm-7am) including weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota. In return: We pride ourselves in taking care of our team members.
