Job description

We are actively seeking a Night Porter who will be responsible for the hotel, the guests, and the operation during the night shift to ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing the hotel and its residents during the shift
• Maintaining and enhancing luxury standards at all times
• Running and balancing the Night Audit process
• Managing night bar and room service
• Executing emergency evacuations and procedures according to standards
• Answering guest queries and questions
• Ensuring the security of the property and guests
• Answering the switchboard
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Maintaining cleanliness standards within the hotel
• Reporting maintenance faults
