The Role

When a guest arrives at one of our hotels, no matter the time of day, they step into an experience they'll remember. As a Night Porter, you will be the trusted person to handle guest transactions while also creating the welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel right at home, no matter where they are.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of both the hotel and its guests throughout the night, along with a variety of cleaning, administrative, and preparation tasks. These duties will involve conducting security checks around the hotel, setting up areas such as the breakfast service, and performing basic cleaning tasks.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with prior reception and night work experience, ideally within a hotel setting. The successful applicant will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service skills to create a seamless, memorable experience for guests, resolving any challenges as they arise.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, and adjust your approach to complete both routine and non-routine tasks.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with great time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
