Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a night-time receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and address inquiries with a professional and courteous approach. A focus on guest satisfaction is essential across the shift.

The role requires a proactive, customer-first attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. A busy 4* hotel with leisure facilities and on-site dining awaits a dedicated team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage the night reception, greet guests on arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
