Job summary

The Best Connection in Colnbrook is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics team. You will sort, scan, and move parcels, load and unload vehicles, and ensure accurate handling and safe practices within the warehouse.

Flexibility is required for 16:00–02:00 shifts, weekends, and 5 days out of 7. Prior warehouse experience is welcome, with full training provided. A full 5-year referencing history is needed for security clearance."

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential - full training provided).
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels of varying weights.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends.
• Must be able to provide a full 5-year referencing history (for security clearance purposes).

Responsibilities
