Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Night Nurse Manager for Primrose Place to lead the home’s nursing and care teams, ensuring medical, physical and emotional needs are met. About Primrose Place When open, Primrose Place will feature 36 en-suite bedrooms, across three units. Each unit will have its own dining room, lounge, and sensory bathroom. With this small group living, we re able to provide a homely and supportive environment, that s more responsive to individual needs. Primrose Place will offer a caring environment where people receive the support they need, close to their loved ones. This is an incredibly exciting time to join us and be a part of the development of a brand new service. As a Night Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you ll be at the forefront of clinical care delivery for the people living at Birch View, No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: leading your homes care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support providing strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement overseeing and managing all your unit s clinical elements and risks ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review and update of their care profiles the supervision and management of your unit s ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of medication.

To apply for this role, you must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. We re looking experienced Nurses from all backgrounds, Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses / RGN, RMN, RNLD. As this is a management role, you should also have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
