Job summary

Culina is recruiting an MHE Operative for our Markham Vale 1 ambient warehouse. You will operate reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment, and assist with loading, inbound and stock movement to keep products flowing efficiently and safely.

We require training evidence for reach truck/VNA and on-site refresher options if needed. Typical shift pattern is 5 on, 2 off nights 22:00–06:00 with enhanced pay and benefits, and opportunities for development within Culina.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training on a reach truck or VNA within a warehouse setting.
• Certification should show hours spent training.
• In-house licences from previous employers may be considered with relevant experience.
• On-site refresher training may be required due to H&S rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently (Reach/VNA/PPT) as required.
• Support movement, replenishment and put-away of stock.
• Assist loading, unloading and inbound activity according to procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks per standards.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to maintain stock integrity.
