Job summary

In Newcastle, Cairn Group seeks a Night Manager to lead overnight front-of-house operations at The Royal Station Hotel. You’ll check in guests, manage reservations, handle queries with care, and perform security checks while coordinating cleaning duties and event space setup.

You’ll also manage cash and card transactions, reconcile at the end of the shift, and ensure a precise handover to the morning team, ensuring a calm, welcoming property through the night.

This hands‑on role includes cash handling, card transactions, reconciliation, and preparing for the day ahead-ensuring a full and accurate handover to the morning team.
