Cairn Group is seeking a Head of Department at Redworth Hall Hotel to lead your area on a 4 on 4 off basis, with a 30.5 hour weekly average. The role is a permanent contracted position, operating on a night-time schedule from 10:45pm to 7:15am.

You will inspire a team, drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence, and help colleagues perform at their best within Cairn Group’s people-focused culture.
