Cairn Group is seeking a Head of Department for the Restaurant at the DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa in Harrogate, UK. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, create a welcoming environment, and drive service standards and growth across the department.

This role focuses on developing colleagues, leading by example, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality in a fast-paced, customer‑centric setting.
