• Flexible to work night shifts.
• Experience in Hotels is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night by:

• Representing the management team during overnight operations
• Overseeing the Reception desk and wider hotel
• Completing all night procedures and audits accurately
• Leading, supporting and supervising the Night Reception team
• Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Supervising guest check-ins and check-outsHandling guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
• Maintaining high standards of guest safety, security and hotel compliance

What we're looking for:

To succeed as a Night Manager, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a Night Manager or similar supervisory hotel position
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Experience using Opera or similar hotel management systems
• Experience with Micros would be an advantage
• Confidence working independently and making decisions overnight
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A reliable, proactive approach and the flexibility to work night shifts
